TEAM SALSA SEXTET

TEAM SALSA is a group of musicians from various countries who come together to showcase the rich essence of Afro-descendant rhythms through “Salsa del Barrio” (Salsa From The Neighborhood). Their music combines the power of trombones, captivating harmonies, and the vibrant energy of percussion.

Founded by Marc Knight, who was raised in New York, the band embodies the sound and swing characteristic of New York and Afro-Caribbean salsa styles. The musicians of TEAM SALSA have performed alongside many international salsa artists and now unite to preserve the authentic sound of salsa.
