Pufty is originally from the country of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in the southern Caribbean. Self-taught, Pufty composes his own Soca songs, participating in the diffusion of calypso music in Montreal. He will be accompanied by JAB DJAB for this evening with tropical accents.

Feeling the need to express himself as a singer and songwriter, Pufty then joined the JAH CUTTER reggae bands and other similar groups. From then on, he began composing and arranging his own Soca songs, participating and sometimes winning local calypso contests in Montreal.

Pufty has opened for artists such as Mighty Sparrow, Calypso Rose, Machel Montano and many others. Pufty became a member of the renowned Vincentian Dynamite Calypso Tent based in New York City and performs for Caribbean audiences in North America.
