NUMIDZ

Numidz takes its inspiration from the legendary Abranis band, underground kings of Kabyle rock that symbolized cultural openness and, more than any other, bridged the gap between Europe and Algeria in the 70s. Numidz started out in Algeria under the name of FreeHead. Now based in Montreal, the Syli d’or 2024 semi-finalist integrate their Berber traditions and Kabyle poetry into a universe of metal and rock with hard-hitting riffs and honed guitars.

The legendary Club Balattou, and all its team, is happy to welcome you, with the “Cabaret acoustique Nuits d’Afrique”.
It is a whole program that awaits you, especially concocted for the public! You will be able to enjoy live performances every week, from Thursday to Sunday, at 9pm. A musical rendez-vous, which makes you travel through Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America, not to be missed !
