So he began to explore other musical genres such as jazz, reggae and hip-hop, creating a captivating mix of African and Western sounds in Afro-fusion! After years of hard work and perfecting his art, Mamadou is ready to present his debut album, “Terry”. This album is a true ode to his African roots, but also a celebration of the cultural and musical diversity that characterizes Burkina Faso. The 12 songs on “Terry” are a musical journey through the vibrant landscapes of West Africa, with catchy rhythms and poetic lyrics that tell stories of life, love and resilience.
