L’Entourloop and Queen Omega &The Royal Souls will take to the stage for a double bill, which will be capped off by a rousing jam session.

It isn’t just  the cooky vintage vibe, which seems straight out of cheeky French films of the 70s, that earns them millions of online fans and draws huge crowds to their shows, but also their uplifting mix of reggae, dancehall, dub, ragga, downtempo and hip-hop. Now, this cool and (apparent) old-timer duo is heading to this side of the Atlantic ahead of their appearance this fall at the Olympia in Paris, to showcase their third album, La clarté dans la confusion (2022). “Wickedly effective” (Nova, 2023).

Queen Omega & The Royal Souls

“A true reggae-dancehall icon” (RFI, 2023), Queen Omega draws on the Rastafari movement for her boundless energy and humanity. A freedom fighter against all forms of oppression, and strong advocate for the emancipation of women and independence for all peoples, she released a powerful comeback album, Freedom Legacy, and his track No Love Dubplate, which has racked up millions of listens in 2023. On stage, her vibrant presence and incredibly rich voice envelop her in a divine mythic aura, as do the multifaceted riddims that reflect new roots reggae, new soul, Afrobeat and dancehall trends.
