LA TRIBU SALSA BAND

Syli d’or de la musique du monde winner made a huge impression!  “In no time, the ground became one big dance floor. The 16th edition of the contest organized by Productions Nuits d’Afrique has crowned the best salsa band in Quebec. A simply perfect show” (Le Devoir, 2023). Tribu Salsa Band, composed of seasoned musicians, is salsa dura at its best: synchronized dance moves and a dashing appearance, but especially the lively brass section, impressive keyboard, tight bass, dynamic percussions and four singers who deftly take the lead. All the ingredients need to do justice to this music style that emerged in New York in the 1970s and was popularized by the legendary Johnny Pacheco.

CABARET ACOUSTIQUE NUITS D’AFRIQUE – at the Club Balattou

The legendary Club Balattou, and all its team, is happy to welcome you, with the “Cabaret acoustique Nuits d’Afrique”.
It is a whole program that awaits you, especially concocted for the public! You will be able to enjoy live performances every week, from Thursday to Sunday, at 9pm. A musical rendez-vous, which makes you travel through Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America, not to be missed !
