Ketsmy, a singer-songwriter of Haitian origin, combines Creole, French and English to deliver his songs with poignant lyrics. Through his committed lyrics, he denounces the social injustice suffered by racialized people. Thanks to his incomparable soulful voice, supported by danceable rhythms, he makes music lovers navigate between R&B, Hip-Hop, Blues-Rock and Afrobeat.

Ketsmy won the Audience Award given by the Conseil des arts de Montréal at the 15th Syli d’or de la musique du monde gala in 2022.

For this evening Ketsmy will be accompanied by the Montreal duo Les Vargas, formed by the brothers Wazy and Aj Vargas.
