INUS ASO

Inus Aso is a group formed in 1987 by Buninuz, who performs reggae roots, dub, rocksteady, and nyabinghi tracks. The group aims to inspire a sense of unity, as reflected in the Jamaican name, which means: “What we have in common in the depths of our hearts.” Their lyrics, always positive, focus on justice, human rights, love, peace, and the elevation of collective consciousness. Known for their undeniable talent, their unpretentious and unifying approach, Buninuz and his roots collective Inus Aso have opened for and toured with numerous local and international bands from various genres, including renowned groups such as Alpha Blondy, Toots and the Maytals, Lucky Dube, Joe Higgs, Luciano, and Marcia Griffiths (one of the three former backing vocalists of Bob Marley). Buninuz has also shared the stage as lead vocalist with Montreal hip-hop artist Dubmatique.
