The Burning BRASs Band is a feminist brass and percussion band with a mission to make a place for women, non-binary, trans and queer people in the local music scene. Based in Montreal, the has been in operation since the summer of 2022.

Through arrangements of popular songs with a festive and exhilarating funk feel, the Burning BRASs Band revisits various classics from the popular music repertoire as well as some seminal pieces from the brass band tradition here and elsewhere.

CABARET ACOUSTIQUE NUITS D’AFRIQUE – at the Club Balattou

The legendary Club Balattou, and all its team, is happy to welcome you, with the “Cabaret acoustique Nuits d’Afrique”.
It is a whole program that awaits you, especially concocted for the public! You will be able to enjoy live performances every week, from Thursday to Sunday, at 9pm. A musical rendez-vous, which makes you travel through Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America, not to be missed !
