Samba Touré
Samba Touré
Malian bluesman Samba Touré is the protégé of the legendary Ali Farka Touré. Overflowing with energy, his music perpetuates the legacy of the blues. Fascinated by the mix of traditional Malian music and North American blues, the artist, singer, and songwriter developed his own style. Samba’s lyrics convey moral messages and introduce us to various aspects of Malian culture. He dedicates his songs of homage, dignity, and respect, infused with compassion and good-humored humor, to those who are often forgotten or overlooked. While inspired by Malian society, the message of his album carries universal significance.
