Biography of the artist:

Rafael is a singer-composer-performer born in 1968 in Baní, Dominican Republic, a city nicknamed the City of Poets. This augured well for young Rafael who, at age 5, sung at school and church, encouraged by his mother, a singer at the local radio station, La Voz del Sur.
